Apply antisepsis cream onto injured areas, and dab with surgical safety rubber glove to keep skin from drying.
Clean the exposed surface of wounds (all wounds, including broken skin) with alcohol or ethanol. Don't wring or twist.
Work with care to prevent bacteria from growing on the exposed skin.
Peel top layer of clothes from injured area and wash thoroughly. Don't wash undergarments. If worn undergarments, always use two layers of them.
